We can put you on an internet search that will email you a list of new properties meeting your criteria every day as they come on the market. We will help you pick out the right piece of land for your budget and design criteria.
And, most importantly, we will perform a detailed feasibility study on your land to determine all the different facets of the parcel are know and acceptable. This includes such items as investigating drain field situations, well or county water, planning and zoning restrictions, public works issues, wetland issues, utility questions, etc… **Please do not rely on agents lacking expertise in this specific field as the ramifications can be significant.
